• The machine is equipped by a special brush with bristles in nylon for washing and cleaning of sole.
• A dosing pump, driven by the same button that turns the brush, conveys the detergent or disinfectant (depending on environmental requirements) in an adequate amount on the brush. The pump flow can be adjusted from the outside using a screwdriver.
• The machine is equipped with a silicone tube to the aspiration of the product for washing and cleaning. The maintenance worker must insert the tube (with filter end) of the product in the containers to be dispensed, and provide for the supply when it is spent.
• A solenoid valve, driven by the same button that turns the brush, delivery the wash water on the brush evenly, by means of a special nozzle blade.
• A push-button to "hold" is used to operate the brush, the pump and the solenoid valve for entry of wash water. Releasing the push-button stops: the brush, pump and water flow.
• To operate the brush you must press the two buttons positioned on either side of the push button. Leaving even one of the two buttons, the machine stops.
• The dirty water drain hose is located on the rear of the machine and must be merged in a discharge of wastewater in terms of law.
• The structure of the machine is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 – 2B finish. and the outer surface is easily washable.
• As optional, is possible deliver the machine with an additional one special brush with a flexible pipe water connection, for the washing of the boots.
